Subject: Question

I have a 6 sq ft aviary and need to know why they are pecking the feathers off each others backs, is because there are to many in the aviary. I know one is a male he has the white bib but can't tell with the others they have some white but not like the one does. They are suppose to be about 8 weeks old. I've been reading all the posts and am feeding them properly. They seem fine in every other way. No eggs as of yet but they have only been in the aviary about 3 weeks
