Hi Terry,
Is there a chance that he injured himself, say, hitting the top of the cage when frightened? Head injuries often are the cause of loss of coordination...time and support care should help. The other possibility is infection etc.....hopefully that will be covered by the antibiotics. Keep us posted and good luck!
