Hi Nikki,
I would certainly separate her and get her some extra warmth...a light at her cage and/or a heating pad. To reduce stress of being apart, you may want to have her hospital cage close to where you have the other quail. All your quail should be in a quiet place in your household that is private. Offer her the boiled egg and other goodies. See how she responds to her extra care...also, make sure her food and water containers are visible and within reach(a small, shallow water dish for safety reasons). See how she responds to the additional care and seek out a vet familiar with birds for advice. Good luck!

Chris

P.S. Check out the website for additional care info.
