She may need more space than is available. She may have become aggressive due to her breeding cycle. Hard to say what caused it, certainly every bird has her own personality.

Definitely as soon as you see any aggression you need to remove the bullied bird until they recover, as injured birds can then get picked on by every other bird in the cage. Can you put padding on her ceiling to protect her head?

What do you have in your aquariums for decoration and interesting things to spend their time on?
