Hi Chris, one thing has come up since yesterday and I'm stumped. She's got bald patches on either side of her head/neck,above where the collar had been sitting. The skin doesn't appear to be broken, just pink.

Did she just get a little carried away with being able to itch? I also noticed that she had a crust over her right ear hole which she managed to loosen, probably a combination of old ointment and scab gunk. I picked it off of her this morning.
