Hi Kay,
I have little experience with incubating but I believe that the turning of eggs or using a egg turner is suppose to stop 2 or 3 days before the hatch...I think that it is 18 days for buttons to hatch, so stop turning the eggs on day 16....I hope others on the board can add to this as I do not incubate eggs often...I do understand though that some eggs are alittle early, some alittle late. Have you checked this website for any additional info?
