Subject: Nocturnal Boys?

I have three boys who get along well in a large cage together. We've had them for about a month. As they get used to us they are becoming more vocal which is cute. Unfortunately they don't care if it is 3 p.m. or 3 a.m. when they are calling! The house is dark and their cage gets covered around 8 or 8:30 each night. Never had buttons before but have had other birds and none have ever been night owls! Is this normal? It's starting to bother the light sleepers in the family!
