You probably have them overcrowded, possibly with too many males, but if they are attacking each other, then you should divide them up into more cages, if the cages are smaller than an aviary, then only one male per cage. It can be difficult to find the right number of birds for each enclosure, because some are more aggressive than others, so you may have to experiment and always watch carefully for aggression.
