Then scroll down to the two threads labeled "Help!!!!!!" and Help Again!!!!!!!", both started by Thomas on 4-7-07.

Read both threads completely, they talk about a ruptured air sac and how to deal with it. It sounds like this might be the problem with your chicks. Thomas knows all about this, and was successful in treating his little chick with this condition.
