Are you letting her out of her cage or just trying to tame her inside the cage? I think letting them out is going to make a more tame bird than trying to reach inside the cage. That way they can come up to you when they are ready to. I know that everyone who has a tame one lets them out of the cage to roam or has them in a large aviary where they can walk in and be with the birds. Are you able to let her out some? Another thing is that not all of them are going to be tame. You can never predict which ones will be. I am sorry she is not taming up as quickly as you want. I would try letting her out some if you aren't already.
