The breeders over here all seem to feed normal layer's pellets.

Any idea what the minimum protein should be? Would crumbled layer's pellets mushed with boiled egg do the trick?

And on a totally different question - Bob's new run is nearly sorted, so I'm on the lookout for some friends for him. It's 4' x 3', would that be big enough for 3 hens and him?
