So sorry you're having this problem with your cowardly neighbors. We cover our cages at night, and that usually does the trick, but we have some single males now (they've been naughty by pecking other birds), and they are getting quite loud during the night. A few times I've been awakened, even though we're on the second floor and I close all the doors. Some other suggestions that people have offered in the past, but I have not yet tried, is to keep a radio on (I guess the birds think a human is present???) or to keep a nightlight on. I guess you could try these to see if they would work. Hope you have success!
