Thanks for the replies. I've been covering them and moving them to the kitchen at night since those walls aren't adjacent to where anyone would be sleeping. they're still crowing but hopefully they aren't as audible from this location. If not, hopefully this person will either get a white noise machine or earplugs. it's not as if i'm having loud parties every night that a machine or earplugs couldn't fix.
