Okay, I think I'll get a pair. :-)
Here are more questions for you to answer,
Could they eat finch food? (the type you give to finches like zebras etc.)They would be given mealworms as treats, on this site it says that they can be given broccoli, does it have to be raw or can it be cooked?
It also says that you can feed them hard boiled eggs as a source of protein, does it mean the the quails's own eggs or a chicken egg from the store?
And erm.. what is grit? I know it helps them digest their food, but what is it extactly?
Oh, and how to tame them? other than feeding them mealworms from my hand.
Would holding and stroking them help them become tamer?
I would like to be able to take my buttons out of the cage and let them explore my room while the door is shut.
Thanks in advance.
James
