Not sure what to do with the leg problem, can you post a picture of him? Here's a suggestion for the eye, it might not help, but it's what I did for one of mine. I had one that the eye appeared to be stuck closed. I took a wet Q-tip and wiped it over the eye to remove anything that might have crusted over it and to break the lid open in case it were fused shut for some reason. I got the eye open and a blob of white stuff popped out, after that he was fine and his eye was all better. I don't know if this will help yours, but it might be worth a try, permanent blindness is the other alternative.

How old is this chick? Is he not able to stand at all? Can he sit upright or does he just flounder around, unable to get righted.?
