Hi Don,

Thank you for your help. We tried the Q-tip trick and it worked. A tiny bit of white came out, and we could see a slit. It took him a few minutes before he was able to fully open his eye. Hurray! He's sleeping now; all that activity wore him out. He also has walked a few times tonight, a little unstable, but still upright and walking on both legs. Before he was hopping on one leg, dragging the bad leg behind him. Hopefully, he will get stronger and come out on top! He is four days old. Thanks again!
