Subject: Leg promblems, can you fix them?

One of my little chicks legs are spreading. Is there anything i can do for it?

I found this site but for the life of me don't understand how you can tie strings around the chicks legs? Have any of you tried this? I am trying the cup idea but the poor little chick keeps crying.
