I don't know the answer either to how long after fertization can result in chicks, however, I do know that her sitting on the eggs may be harder on her than you'd like to risk. She won't be eating and drinking on a regular basis, so my suggestion would be to take the eggs out of the cage if you don't want to risk the eggs hatching.
