Thanks Jacob and Ursula. I only have one color of eggs. They are the dark brown shiny kind. I witnessed the darker quail mate with the lighter one yesterday (for the first time, they are quieter than I imagined, lol). Anyway, he had ahold of her head/neck feathers and almost rocked completely backwards with her.

I will keep on the lookout for more eggs, I just threw out 17 of them yesterday.
