I have my couples (seven cages in all) in clear storage tubs (8 ft - 4 ft) with screen tops and padding around the rims in case they boink so as not to knock them senseless. The screen is glued around the top with a wood frame attached with steel brads. The brads are also padded.

I like this set up because it helps to keep all the shavings and substrate inside the cage. Sorry I don't have any pictures.
