You have two females and one male. The white under the chin means she is double factor Blue Face, not Splash. It is not a bib. A bib would be more perfect looking. Also she does not have blue or red on her, another sign of a male. Your other hen is a Golden Pearl. You have a male Blue Face, female double factor Blue Face Pied and a Golden Pearl female.

The Golden Pearl may never grow her feathers nicely if you keep them as a trio. In my opinion and by lots of trial and error on my own part, trios do not work and Buttons should only be kept in pairs. The 3rd one is always the odd one out and usually gets picked on by the other two. Also the male usually will only breed with his favorite hen of the two so all the eggs will not be fertile. It may work for a bit to have them this way but I can pretty much guarantee you will have to separate them eventually and get the Golden Pearl her own mate. Button Quail are a monogamous bird in the wild and pair up only. Your birds will be happiest this way.
