Well, You can tie the legs together with a peice of string, and hopefully it might work. It usually doesn't change anything when they are that old though. If the baby can get proper nurishent, it will survive, but if it can't it will die. The very first time we hatched buttons, we had this happen to two chicks. One of them is the one that my mom already told you about with her getting pecked (she is two years old and still looking pretty healthy now), and the other one lived for four weeks because she couldn't get enough food and water to survive. Can the chick get around good enough?
