Hi Tess!

I read your posting to Thomas about Air Sac Rupture and I know you meant well.

That is for a vet to do not people who are inexperienced with birds with this sort of ailment. I know all of us here mean well but you have to draw the line somewhere. We are not vets here on this board except for Susan and she specializes in other animals other than birds.

I was shocked when I read Thomas' posting with the needle thing and was horrified. If someone isn't prepared to take their birds to a vet for help, then let it be and stop trying to be the vet! This is nothing but short of loving & caring form of cruelty.

Then again..... to each his own and what the heck do I know.
