Subject: quail sexing

hi, i have been reading this board for a while now, and i have a button quail. First i had a male and female, which i bought from a breeder and they laid eggs but would not be convinced to sit on them. I took one and hatched it in my incubator. Since then both of the original birds have died, but i still have the chick in a small aviary with about 10 zebra finches. I cannot figure out what sex the button quail is. It has no bib, nor does it crow, but it has not laid any eggs. I believe it is a silver pearl. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
