Hi Chris,

Fay was just a tropical storm (although the maximum strength) when she passed by us. We were fortunate not to lose power, although many thousands did. Lots and lots of rain for days! She was slow-moving! In fact, we just returned to our normal weather pattern of sunny days with afternoon showers on Tuesday. Even though we could use a lot more rain to make up for the deficit of the past couple of years, our ground is too soggy to take any more. There's a good bit of minor flooding around here. So, we're hoping that Gustav avoids us! Especially since he is more powerful!
