I boosted the resolution to 100 but it didn't make a lot of difference. I think the camera is the limiting factor - it's a cheap Logitech unit. Also, it's all running on a Linux box so the high quality encoder isn't available. What can I say? I do things on the cheap.

Apparently the microphone's working now. I can hear George peeping in my speakers. It's not very loud, but it's there.

Thanks for the help! I've been trying to get a video feed running so my fiancee can watch George too.
