I had been giving them a calcium supplement but i had forgotten to for about the last week i am givving it to them again it consist of a 600mg pill wich i crush up it also has vitamin D in it that want hurt them will it. I bought it at wallyworld it is spring valley brand i would like to give them some meal worms but cant find them.
