Can you give us some more information? Are they swollen, does it look like anything is protruding? Do you have them together or apart in the hospital ward? They should be separated, because they will peck at each other's injury. Buttons will peck at the sight of blood. You can also gently clean the spot and apply some Neosporin. It could be that they have simply injured each other. But it's hard to say without more info. For both of them to have a prolapse at the same time would be odd.
