That is pretty sad that you are keeping it separate from the other two. I hate it when I only have one hatch. They are not made to be alone and should never be forced to if it can be helped. I would put it with the other two. Buttons just aren't like other pet birds and I honestly think they are happier not being messed with like a Finch is. I have had some tame ones but not because of anything I did. That was just their personality. I don't think you can tame them. They are either that way or they aren't. I feel bad for your lonely chick.
