The first thing I would do is move the chicks to a brooder and get them warm. If the chicks are abandoned, you'll need to raise them. Moving the hen(who may not be caring for them anyhow) will probably stress her out and I doubt that she will be broody, but who knows. Others on the board have alot more experience with this, but for now, get the chicks into a brooder.
