Hi Patty, welcome to the board!
1. You may pull the eggs so as to not have them broken upon the hens laying, but you will want to hold them pointed side down in either sand and grit for a couple of weeks and then set the eggs in the incubator.
2. You might want to try giving your quails some small house or shelter inside their cage with artificial plants near for privacy. The hens may want to brood, and if this might be the case, then leave the eggs alone to observe.
3. Their basic food should be gamebird or turkey crumble (23% or more protein)mostly. You may feed them extra calcium at all times (such as buttlebone, oyster shell, food processed egg with shells.
