In answer to your other questions:

1. If Tiny looks as healthy as the others and doesn't have to compete for food, I wouldn'r worry about him

2. The blond one will probably end up being white when he gets his adult feathers.

3. You may, but sometimes if you raise them all together, they get along okay; there's no way to know ahead of time. Just be prepared for possible problems, and have backup accommodations ready in case there is major fighting in the future.

4. By "big" fishtank do you mean 55 gallons? If so, that should be adequate for five if they all get along, or smaller numbers if you have to separate some out (which would mean getting another fishtank or other cage!
