i am sorry to report that due to the fact that he was not eating or drinking the chick has passed. But heres the info just incase it happens again

He was the last to hatch, and i had a shelf liner down. i think there was some problems because he hatched out of the pointy end of the egg and the air bubble on the bottom was still there. furthur more there was a few bloodie veins in the egg shell. he was also much smaller.
i tried the medical tape hobble and the bread meathod. neither worked. no curled toes.

he was treated like all the other chicks but was the only splayed one.

any idea how i could have prevented this, or can prevent this next time?
