I know it's frustrating when the birds behave in this way. We have two couples separated right now, because the males have pulled feathers out of the females (badly!). Are you sure your new bird is a female (not a male who is trying to mate)? Could it be that their space is not large enough? Is the larger bird actually pulling feathers out, or is it just a chasing game? If feathers are missing and the bird is bleeding, you will have to separate them. Otherwise the larger bird will peck at the wound and make it worse. I don't know what you can do, other than providing a larger space, or separating them. Maybe someone else has a better answer. Hope everything works out.
