Hi, What sort of bedding did you use? If this is a female, she could be egg bound. It is very important to get her into a hospital cage and keep her warm with a light. Offer her choice foods such as hard boiled egg yolk, crumbled. You may want to seek advice from an avian vet once your little quail is in a hospital cage with the supportive care.
