Subject: egg laying

I have 11 buttons that will be turning 8 weeks on sunday and monday and I havent seen a single egg from them. I had them all in a large plastic tub and i am feeding them on game bird starter, some finch food, millet, and lettuce. It seems that they have plenty of light, but there are no eggs. Last week i came home and discovered that four females were being pecked at, so i seperated them out, and i came home last night and found that three of those four were attacking the last one. I was wondering if you have any advice about the pecking and/or the egg laying. Thanks
