Subject: new baby chick-Help please

Hello everyone.
I just got my first 3 buttons.I did a lot of reserch first and put down all the non sli clothes etc. 2 of my 3 are fine, is a little smaller. it seems to walk ok. i pick it up a few times a day in hopes of taming it. its 3 days old. when it sleeps in my hand or even in its cage, its legs pop out to the side and its wings fluff out to the sides. the other 2 dont let me hold them but sleep with there feet under them. is this straddle leg? please tell me what to do? will my new baby die? im really worried and ive already become very attached to my new little button. any suggestions?
