Subject: Help baby buttons dying

I am having an awful time keeping my babies alive for more than a few days. They go from the incubator right to the brooder (a fish tank) with the temp at 95 and food and water redily available. they are fine for a couple days and then they die for no apparent reason. I know they dont all make it but I think this is too many. Anyone have any ideas?
