Subject: Hey Izhar!

Hi!

Just out of curiosity..... What do you have your newly hatched chick in? Do you have him in a brooder?

It was hard to make out in the video that you sent us. Looked to me that you had a low rimmed cardboard box of some sort with a blanket. I have to assume that's what you have him in as there was some food sprinkled on the floor.

I didn't see any lamp for warmth. It's hard to say from what you sent us. If you have that chick in a box as you showed, then he will chill as heat dissipitates along the sides and will not be distributed the way it should be.

Look Izhar... I'm not trying to pick on you. Just trying to ensure that you do the right thing with this chick in order to ensure that he/she survives. Sorry to be so blunt here...... Is he still alive?

With what I've seen, I don't forsee that he will last much longer. He's not a toy to play with where you just prop him around in the hopes that his parents will accept him. They are very sensitive to heat and cold and they need the proper requirements in order to survive to adulthood.

Why do I have the feeling that you're going to just place him in with the two adults and leave him there to see what happens? You will be dissapointed.

Good luck and hope things work out with this chick.
