1. Go to www.imageshack.us
2. Upload your picture by clicking on the "Browse" button.
3. Click on "Host it" and wait for your picture to upload.
4. Copy the "Hotlink for Websites" link which is displayed (among others links) after you have successfully uploaded your picture. I.e: "a href= somthing...>img something something..."
4 & 1/2. Paste the link with your message and the picture should show up in your post.
