Subject: Hen not laying eggs

Hi again.
well, I've decided to get a male for Penny, to breed atleast one batch of chicks. The only problem is, is that Penny hasnt laid one single egg since the day I've got her.
Shes defiantly female, shes the wild-type so its easy to tell, I've had her for a month now and she was an adult when I got her.

Her cage is quite large and has alot of fake plants in there for her to hide in, and dried grass for a nest. she also has plenty of grit, I even bought two kinds, calcium grit and brown/bathing grit. She gets around 4-5 mealworms each day or so for protein and eats seeds and cut veges.

she's perfectly healthy, full of energy, walks fine and all, even knows her name.

what am I doing wrong? :( Is it because I recently moved her into a bigger cage? she didnt lay eggs in her old one either, if anyone could help me that would be great!
