Subject: Mealworms vs Earthworms

Hey guys
I'm just curious to know if theres any difference between meal worms and earthworms. I don't actually know what a meal worm is, I don't think they sell them in NZ (maybe I'm wrong). My quails love earthworms and they're pretty easy to find at the right time of year (except when I completely de-earthwormed one of the gardens, so much for sustainability...) And does anyone else catch random other bugs for their quails or is that just me?
Cheers, Joy

PS: They don't like centipedes but they love little moths.
