Sit quietly and talk to her, don't force her. Hold out the mealworms a little ways a way...if she doesn't take it right, away, that's okay...drop it in front of her. Keep doing this everyday until she trusts that you are only going to give her something she wants.

Takes patience, but it's worth it.Bold Leopold will practically leap out of his cage to get to a mealworm, but he doesn't eat them, he just gives them to Bianca.
