Subject: new chick

We were given 11 button quail eggs and have kept them in a still air incubator. Well "Oscar" was hatched last night sometime. We put him in a box with a clamp-on light on it. we have kaytee hand feed on the floor and a lid of water. I am worried, however, that Oscar will roll over on his back and won't get up. Is something wrong with him. He is breathing really hard and looks like he/she is getting ready to die. Any suggestions on what to do?
