You can keep the chicks in with the mom as long as there isn't a problem. If any of them grows agressive to each other, it's time to take them out. And if the mom gets aggressive, then definately take them out.

If you don't plan on keeping them with the mom, you can take them out right now, but the will need to be under a heating lamp. So if you don't have a heating lamp, then leave them in with her.

Sometimes the mom will not get aggressive to the chicks, but sometimes she will. if She does get aggressive, then remove them fast, then watch the chicks to make sure that they are all getting along. Sometimes the chicks become aggressive to the mom, and then you need to separate all the aggressive ones.
