Sorry, I just don't know the answer to this. We live in FL also and have incubated eggs, but inside the house, and have had no trouble. Obviously, you are trying to incubate them outside, I guess? Is it possible you could do it indoors with the air conditioning keeping the humidity at a steadier level?
