I think your neighbor is lucky as most of us with PTSD have a vey hard time controling our anger and would not put up with a jerk like this. (see my web site http://www.freewebs.com/pops-world/)

What you need to do is get on the internet and look up an A.D.A. (Americas with Disability Act) lawyer and talk to them, there is an office in all states. These people love to give people HELL over a person with any type of disability, and are not scared of judges.

Hope your husband goes to V.A. for counciling it helps, to much to handle alone, I've been going for a good while and don't think I'd make it without it. Anger is the only emotion we have left.
