My husband died from colon cancer in May of 2004. He was denied on this type of cancer. You only have 1 year to appeal their decesion so keep sending the appeal. Good luck. The cancer was also in his liver and lymph nodes when they found it and the cancer of the lymph nodes and liver is found to be associated with AO but he was still denied. It is over a year so I can not file an appeal any more but I wish that I had kept it up. God bless, and Ladies there is a site Agent Orange Quilt of tears. Look it up. Bev
