Subject: NSC CLAIMS NEED YOUR HELP

I was in the 25TH IN DIV,4th/23 Mech IN,Support Company during June 1969 to June 1970 as a Cook. I went to several
area Cambodia Loas , Thialand, Cu Chi, Bein Hoa and other other area i cannot recall(memory). I have submitted claims to the VA with several medical claims...Hypertension,peptic ulcer,nerves,ptsd,hearing,numbness in hands and legs and other problems. I need your help today.
