Hi Alvin. Yes I was in Pleiku in 69. I was near an Air Force Base. I cannot remember the name of the Camp I was in. I do beleive it was the 124th transportation Co. I used to go to an air force base for lunch all the time. (They had better meals then we did.)Yes we also had rocket fire all the time. But I cannot remember even being in Vietnam. Maybe thats good. Can't even remember getting married, believe it or not. I have peripheral neuropathy but the VA don't even wanna here about it. What a goverment we got. If theres anyway I can help let me know. Let me know if you can remember a base near you. Take care and God Bless.
